Beaches

Trapezes beach is located at Cape Mavros, east of Magatzedes and below the facilities of the Naval base at the Trapezes location. It is accessible only from the sea.

Between Arvi and Psari Forada we find the small settlements of Xerokampos and Latomia in a touristically degraded area where greenhouses and outdoor crops predominate, mainly banana crops.

Boufos is the most famous beach near Sisi and is located just a few meters east of this picturesque seaside village, in the sheltered bay of Harkoma.

The small beach of the Elephant (Elefantas) is located between Cape Psamidomouri and the beach Petrakis in Lendas and directly below the Levinthos hotel, through which there is access.

Just a few meters east of the busy beach of Boufos, on the coastal road of the village of Sisi, lies a smaller, quieter beach, Avlaki. Despite being so close, Avlaki offers a different experience, more peaceful and natural, ideal for those seeking isolation.

Gremopezes beach is located within the limits of the naval base in Kyriamadi, Sitia, and below the radar of Kefala in Cape Sidero. Opposite is the rocky islet of Sidero and to the west are the rocks of Ftena Trachilia.
