Breaking the waves

SUP

Crete

Stand up paddle (SUP) is a new sport similar to surf, at its simplest form which is standing up on a large board using a paddle for moving and keeping balance. It's a new form of surfing that allows everyone to catch some waves with a little practice.

Moreover, it can be enjoyed on calm days for a relaxing stroll and cruising through channels, sharp coves, and caves. Lately, a new form of SUP activity has arisen, that is SUP Yoga, i.e. taking yoga exercises on a SUP board floating on the sea. When the water gets wavy, you can go for catching some waves and get pure adrenaline injections. For info regarding surfing spots locations visit here.
