On the western side of the largest island of the Dionysades, Dragonada, and just before we meet the impressive cape of Gaidouropodas, 6 imposing stone columns, which the locals call columns (Kolones), rise up to 40 meters high from the water.

Waves often batter the area, but it is worth a visit in any case, if the weather permits.

The columns are made of slab limestone and continue their course into the water. On the nearby cliffs of Dragonada there are also several caves, capable of accommodating a boat.
