Ο δίκλιτος ναός των Αγίων Αποστόλων και Πέτρου και Παύλου βρίσκεται στους πρόποδες του λόφου των Θόλων, με το ομώνυμο φρούριο, και ανήκε στην οικογένεια των Κορνάρων. Κτίστηκε το 15-16ο αιώνα και εδώ υπάρχουν δύο αρκοσόλια (ταφικά μνημεία) μέσα κι έξω από το ναό (με την επιγραφή 1614).
Next to the only house of Chrissi island, at position Spilios, we meet the old saltpan where salt was produced in the past. In winter the spot turns into a small pond with brackish water and it attracts many migratory birds. This is not the only pond on the island, as a smaller one is formed in the location of Kaki Alyki.
At the village Evengelismos, also known as Muhtari, we meet the Church of the Annunciation of Virgin Mary, after which the village takes its name (Evangelismos means Annunciation). An inscription from ancient Lyktos is embedded in the outer wall of the temple, while the interior bears a few but excellent frescoes of the 14th century.
The Kato (lower) St. George was founded in 13th century and is adjacent to another newer church of St. George. It is a small single-nave, barrel-vaulted church, with buttresses at the southern wall and its entrance on the west. The openings are adorned with stone reliefs of the time of the Venetian rule.

Το εκκλησάκι του Μιχαήλ Αρχαγγέλου είναι πολύ λιτό εξωτερικά όπως και όλα σχεδόν τα εκκλησάκια της Δυτικής Κρήτης και στερείται τεχνοτροπιών εκτός του εντυπωσιακού τριπλού σημαιοστάτη δίπλα στην πόρτα. Το σκηνικό όμως στο εσωτερικό του ναού αλλάζει δραματικά και μόλις μπει κάποιος μέσα εντυπωσιάζεται αμέσως από τις πλούσιες αγιογραφίες.
Монастырь Панагеи Кираполитисса, Кераполитисса или Кардиотисса находится поблизости с деревнями Кастелли и Фурни, в 7км на север от Неаполиса. В нынешнее время, работает только церковь, как и в старом близлежащем женском монастыре Калоградес.
Here we meet the small church of St. Onesimus, the only one dedicated to St. Onesimus in Crete. Saint Onesimus was a slave of Phrygia who escaped from his master and went to Rome in order to meet the Apostle Paul. He is considered the patron saint of prisoners and judgers.
