Ο ναός του Μιχαήλ Αρχαγγέλου ή Αστράτηγου βρίσκεται σε αγροτική τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο χωριό Κούνενι (σημερινή Βάθη) και ανήκει στον αρχιτεκτονικό τύπο του μονόχωρου καμαροσκέπαστου. Εσωτερικά ο ναός φέρει τοιχογραφικό διάκοσμο του Ιωάννη Παγωμένου.
Στη συνοικία Μπαροτσιανά της Αργυρούπολης βρίσκεται ο ναός της Παναγίας της Μπαροτσιανής, ένας μονόχωρος ναός του 13ου αιώνα, στον οποίο έχει προστεθεί μεταγενέστερα παρεκκλήσι του Αγίου Αντωνίου. Το τοπωνύμιο προέρχεται από την Ενετική οικογένεια των Barozzi που είχε την περιοχή ως φέουδό της.

Ο μικρός μονόχωρος ναός του Αγίου Μάμα βρίσκεται βόρεια του χωριού Καπίστρι ή Σταυρός της επαρχίας Ιεράπετρας, πολύ κοντά στη Μονή της Παναγίας στο Γουρνί και στο ναό της Αγίας Σοφίας.
Στον κοιμητηριακό ναό του χωριού Νευς Αμάρι στην επαρχία Αμαρίου βρίσκεται ο μικρός μονόχωρος καμαροσκέπαστος ναός των Ταξιαρχών. Ο ναός χρονολογείται στην Ενετοκρατία και πάνω από την είσοδο, εξωτερικά, σώζεται συστοιχία πινακίων (στρογγυλά διακοσμητικά κεραμικά) σε σχήμα σταυρού.
