Ο Ίλιγγας είναι μια απίστευτης ομορφιάς παραλία με καταγάλανα κρυστάλινα νερά και ασημένια χοντρή άμμο στην έξοδο του φαραγγιού Καβή. Βρίσκεται μόλις 1km δυτικά της Χώρας Σφακίων, από την οποία μπορείτε να έρθετε περπατώντας, και 74km νότια των Χανίων. Ο Ίλιγγας έχει δύο παραλίες.
The deepest gorge in Chania is the gorge of Aradena. The 138-meter-deep gorge is ideal not only for sightseeing or hiking but for bungee jumping as well. Trekking inside the canyon till the exit on the majestic Marmara beach is an unforgettable experience for those who attempt the descent of the canyon.
On the vast bay, there are two settlements, Karteros and Amnissos. The area has grown so much that the two villages are now united. The main reason for the rapid development of the area is the small distance from Heraklion and the vast beach with the fine golden sand.

Plaka is located 16km north of Agios Nikolaos, opposite the entrance of the lagoon of Korfos (or lagoon of Elounda), in one of the most beautiful places of Crete. A feature of Plaka is the wonderful views of the island Kalydon, on where the famous fortress of Spinalonga stands.
Almyrida is located 23km east of Chania, on the south shores of Souda Bay, and 1km west of Plaka village. It is a quiet resort with good facilities and a superb sea. The unspoiled countryside and the lush oil groves around Almyrida are ideal for walking.
Το Πειρατικό Φιόρδ βρίσκεται 31 χλμ νότια του Ρεθύμνου, σε ένα απομονωμένο λιμανάκι στα νότια του Ακρωτηρίου Μουρί ή Κάραβος, κοντά στον Πλακιά. Είναι ένας πολύ στενός μακρόστενος κόλπος που σχηματίζεται ανάμεσα σε τεράστιους κάθετους βράχους.
Ο Σταυρός είναι ένα παραθαλάσσιο χωριό που βρίσκεται 17 χλμ βορειοανατολικά των Χανίων, στο βορειότερο άκρο του Ακρωτηρίου. Χαρακτηριστικό της περιοχής είναι το μεγάλο απότομο βουνό με σχήμα καμήλας που υψώνεται απέναντι από το λιμανάκι του χωριού.
