Экспозиция охватывает период с 1821 года по наши дни. На ней представлены предметы военной эпохи, образцы народного творчества, фотографии и старинные монеты.

The Church of the Panagia (Virgin Mary) is located at the center of the village Kyrianna and is dedicated to the Assumption of Mary. The original church (11th century) was a cruciform temple with a dome and looked like the chapel of Saint Paul at Sfakia.

Ένας από τους μαρτυρικούς τόπους είναι και τα Περβόλια των Εννιά Χωριών Κισάμου, από όπου κατάγεται και είχε το Αρχηγείο του ο οπλαρχηγός Αναγνώστης Σκαλίδης, ο οποίος δικαίως ονομάσθηκε ο Καραϊσκάκης της Κρήτης.

Η μονή Ξερών Ξύλων βρίσκεται στην επαρχία του Μιραμπέλου, κοντά στο χωριό Κουρούνες σε μια απομονωμένη περιοχή που μπορεί κάποιος να φτάσει μέσω χωματόδρομου. Ο ναός είναι αφιερωμένος στον Άγιο Γεώργιο και σήμερα δεν κατοικείται.

В зеленой местности Источников Ано Закрос, вы можете посетить Музей воды и гидравлики, находящийся в трех отреставрированных в 2007 водяных мельницах. Следует отметить, что окрестности Закрос до раннего XX века сильно зависели от Закроса и его 11 водяных мельниц, используемых для перемалывания зерновых и оливок.

East of the village Korfes, River Gazanos that transfers water from Psiloritis Range to Ammoudara bay, meets the hard limestone of the area. At this position it forms a small beautiful waterfall that locals call Xepatomenos. Access to its base in winter is impossible without getting wet. A few meters after the fall, the light colored clay rocks create a unique landscape, called Kolimbithres.

High above the village of Agios Ioannis at province Sfakia, at an altitude of 1200 meters, we meet the small but impressive plateau Krousia. It can can be reached either by following the road starting from Agios Ioannis and terminates at the entrance of the plateau, or hiking one hour in the fairly steep path that starts from the village and climb the ravine Porolagos. The plateau is located at the south root of the peek Zaranokefala.
