Gorgolaini Monumental Trees
The monastery of Saint Geroge Gorgolaini in Ano Asites hosts two ancient trees that have been declared a nature monuments by the Greek state. due to their historical value and their huge dimensions. They are the cypress and the plane tree located at the end of the monasterial garden, one next to the other.
