According to reliable Google Analytics, the page views in the summer of 2011 exceeded 10,000 and the unique daily visitors 2000.

If you are a hotel unit owner (or any tourism business), you can register your company for FREE to the Directory of Tourist Businesses in cretanbeaches.com.

What we offer

You can promote your business today by selecting one of the package we offer. Any tourism business has a choice of 4 packages, starting from FREE. These packages are Excite, Extra, Advanced and Extreme.

Excite pack is totally FREE and is suitable for small businesses. It provides the creation of a personal page in cretanbeaches.com, using one photo, text (in both English and Greek), contact details and location map. Also, for any nearby point of interest (e.g. beach), the business will be listed and showned in the nearest tourist businesses. See example of an Excite page on the right menu of that page. The only condition for the Excite plan is to make a link to cretanbeaches.com from your site (if you don't have a site, you don't need to).

Extra package offers a page with all the options of Excite, targeting small businesses. Extra businesses have the opportunity to create a gallerie with up to 20 photos and use the logo of their company. The package price is only 20€ / year. See example of an Extra page on the right menu of that page.

The Advanced package offers a page with the features of the Extra pack. The gallerie can now have up to 50 images. In addition, we offer separate advertising on the site and the company is classified in the top listed. The package price is 50 € / year and is perfect for small and large businesses. You can check the same example of Extra pack, however note that ere you can have up to 50 images. Moreover, you can see an example of the listing on the top of the current page (and on the right column of Extra Example)

Finally, the Extreme package is suitable for large businesses. In addition to the Advanced package, it offers exclusive ads on the homepage of the site. The price is 500€ / year.

How do I register for Excite Plan?

If you wish to register your page with a FREE package of Excite, you have to firstly place a link to cretanbeaches.com from your site (if there is no website, just ignore this step) and then send us an e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the following details:

  • The name, address,  telephone, website, e-mail, fax of your business
  • Category of business (eg hotel rooms, villas, restaurant, etc.)
  • One photograph that you want to show in the page
  • A short text about your business in Greek
  • A short text about your business in English
  • A short text about your business in Russian
  • If you know the GPS coordinates of your business (you can find the latitude, longitude from www.getlatlon.com)
