Keep your dirty hands off Triopetra!

Triopetra SOS

The Cretan and Greek governments are about to approve the privatization of beaches and the establishment of large scale projects on the southern shores of Crete.

After the scandalous plans for building monster-hotels in Elafonissi and Cape Sidero, a discussion about a mega hotel with 700 houses and more than 2000 beds on the beach at Triopetra has started since the summer. We are completely against selling our beaches for the sake of money and will make the best we can to stop them! Fortunately, the local population is resisting these plans and we fully support them.
